Dance Sculpt offers a range of dance and pilates-inspired fitness classes so that you can choose the level of intensity best suited to you! The real value? No matter what class style you choose you will be working out your entire body, in a new, fun and exciting way!

Absolutely zero prior experience required! Founded by ex-ballet dancer Natasha Vujic, Dance Sculpt classes are designed to make you stronger, whilst improving your balance and coordination!

  • FULL BODY

    Our signature 45min circuit style class has a focus of building lean muscle mass. Full Body combines the advantages of resistance based cardio, light equipment training and pilates in various circuits working the different muscle groups! Full Body is suitable for all levels of fitness.

  • BARRE

    Our signature Barre class is a 50min class with elements of pilates and yoga. This class is high energy-low intensity and is all about toning and sculpting with a big emphasis on working those stabilising muscles through maximum burn! Barre is suitable for all levels of fitness.

  • REFORMER

    Our 50 minute Reformer Pilates classes are a well rounded class designed to improve your strength, mobility, balance, focus, coordination, posture, body alignment and more! Suitable for all levels of fitness

  • DANCE CARDIO

    45 minutes of sweat and fun! Enjoy our signature Dance Cardio warm up, followed by a total of 4 Dance Cardio tracks with an arm, leg and stretch tracks in between while you catch your breath! This class has a focus on cardiovascular endurance, all fitness levels welcome!

  • ADULT BALLET

    Suitable for beginner-intermediete level adults.

    Many of us spend hours slumped in front of our screens every day which can create bad postural habits with long-term effects. Ballet classes help to develop correct every day posture, improving your balance and coordination! No prior dance experience required.

  • MAT SCULPT

    Our signature Mat Sculpt class is completed all on the mat. Enjoy 45 minutes of stretching and strengthening. This low-intensity class is a perfect way to introduce some movement into your life! Also a fantastic compliment to add to your weekly schedule. Mat Sculpt is suitable for all levels of fitness.
