DANCE SCULPT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Dance Sculpt! We are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for all members. By participating in our classes, services, and memberships, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking, attending, or purchasing any service with Dance Sculpt, you agree to the current Terms & Conditions as published on our website.

These Terms apply to all classes, memberships, packs, body roll sessions, events, and services offered by Dance Sculpt.

2. Bookings & Attendance

All classes and sessions must be booked in advance via the Dance Sculpt booking system.

  • Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes prior to class

  • The studio will be locked at class start time

  • Late entry is not guaranteed and may be refused

  • Grip socks are required for all reformer classes

3. Cancellation & No Show Policy

We have a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all members.

  • Classes may be cancelled up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty

  • Late cancellations (within 8 hours) and no-shows will incur a $15 fee

By booking a class, you agree to applicable late cancellation and no-show fees being automatically charged to your payment method on file.

All cancellations must be made via the Dance Sculpt booking system. Cancellations via email, text message, social media, phone call, or direct message will not be accepted.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made in full and on time.

If a membership is cancelled, any outstanding payments must be settled, including payments due within the required 30-day notice period.

Outstanding balances must be resolved prior to reactivating memberships, purchasing services, or making future bookings.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Dance Sculpt does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Missed classes

  • Unused sessions

  • Scheduling conflicts

6. Membership Terms

  • Memberships have a minimum 4-week commitment

  • A 30-day written notice is required to cancel any membership

  • Written notice must be submitted to admin@dancesculpt.com

  • Memberships will continue to bill during the notice period

Suspensions

  • Memberships may be paused for up to 4 weeks per 12-month period

  • Additional suspension periods beyond the included allowance will incur a $20 fee per suspension block (up to 4 weeks per block)

  • Suspension requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment

  • Suspensions must be taken in full week blocks (not individual days)

Pro Membership Perks

Pro Membership inclusions and perks are subject to individual offer terms and may be changed or withdrawn at Dance Sculpt's discretion.

Complimentary inclusions cannot be accumulated, transferred, exchanged for cash, or carried over beyond their stated expiry period.

7. Class Packs & Intro Offers

  • Class packs and intro offers are valid from the date of first use

  • Expiry periods are strictly enforced

  • Extensions are not guaranteed and remain at the discretion of Dance Sculpt

8. Vitality Suite (Body Roll Sessions)

Body roll and recovery services are designed to support general wellness and recovery.

  • These services are not medical treatments

  • Results may vary between individuals

  • Clients are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional where appropriate

Cancellations for body roll sessions require 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $50 fee and may result in forfeiture of the booked session where applicable.

9. Health & Medical Responsibility

By attending Dance Sculpt, you acknowledge:

  • You are physically capable of participating in exercise

  • You have disclosed any relevant injuries or medical conditions

  • You participate at your own risk

You must stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, or in pain.

10. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • You acknowledge that participation in exercise carries inherent risks

  • You voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation

  • You release and discharge Dance Sculpt and its staff from liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical or mental injury

  • Aggravation of existing conditions

  • Illness or unforeseen health events

11. Personal Property

Dance Sculpt is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

12. Studio Conduct

Dance Sculpt reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any client who:

  • Acts in a disruptive or unsafe manner

  • Fails to follow instructor guidance

  • Breaches studio policies

13. Privacy

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

Dance Sculpt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most current version will always be available on our website and will apply to all bookings and purchases moving forward.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
